Grace Harland

Grace Harland currently serves as the Global Learning & Development Manager at Spencer Stuart since December 2022. Prior to this role, Grace was a member of The L&D Collective from January 2022 to November 2022. Grace's extensive experience at Third Bridge Group Limited spanned from January 2015 to November 2022, during which time Grace held multiple positions including Senior People Development Manager and Senior Associate Learning and Development. Previous roles also include Senior Research Associate and Research Analyst at Third Bridge, as well as an Administrative Assistant at LDA Design in August 2013 and a Stagiaire at Syndicat Mixte Montaigu-Rochserviere. Grace holds a Master’s Degree in Conference Interpreting and Translation Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in French and Italian from the University of Leeds, along with experience studying at Università degli studi di Verona.
