Jason Baumgarten

Jason Baumgarten is the Global Head of CEO & Board Practice at Spencer Stuart. Jason also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at IslandWood and previously worked as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, specializing in technology and emerging online platforms. With experience in various industries such as gaming, wireless, and financial services, Jason brings a wide range of expertise to their roles. Jason holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Vassar College.
