Katherine A. White

Katherine White is the Chief Talent Officer at Spencer Stuart since October 2013, where Katherine leads the global talent strategy. Prior to that, Katherine held various HR positions at The Boston Consulting Group, including Senior Manager and Head of HR Central Europe. Katherine also worked as a Consultant for government/non-profit organizations before transitioning to roles at other consulting firms. Katherine holds an MBA with High Honours in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Arts degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
