Katherine White is the Chief Talent Officer at Spencer Stuart. Katherine has over 25 years of experience in management consulting and human resources.

Katherine began their career as a Sponsored Engineering Student at ICI. After four years, they transitioned to management consulting, first at Andersen Consulting and then at The Boston Consulting Group. At BCG, Katherine spent eight years in various leadership roles, including Senior Manager of the Western Europe & South America People Team and Project Leader.

In 2005, Katherine left BCG to pursue consulting opportunities with various government and non-profit organizations. In this role, they provided support for organizations working in the field of public private partnerships for development of new devices, drugs, and vaccines to combat diseases of poverty.

In 2013, Katherine joined Spencer Stuart as the Chief Talent Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the firm’s global talent strategy, which includes recruiting, developing, and retaining the best consultants in the world.

Katherine A. White has an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as degrees in organizational behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, and engineering from the University of Cambridge. Katherine also has an advanced course in design, management and manufacturing from the University of Cambridge.
