Rossella Cupello

Rossella Cupello is a Senior Associate in Leadership Advisory Services for EMEA at Spencer Stuart, where since February 2011, expertise has been applied in advising clients on cultural change and various leadership and talent issues, including recruiting and talent development. Rossella's professional background includes roles as an Associate and Search Coordinator. In addition to the current position, Rossella is a Certified Professional Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation since March 2020. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Cost Controller at Ansaldo STS, a Hitachi Group Company, from 2006 to 2009. Educational credentials include a Laurea in Esperto Linguistico d'Impresa from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, a Professional Coach qualification from Fedro Training & Coaching, and multiple credentials in communication and counseling from SIG Roma. Rossella is currently furthering education at Hogan Preparatory Academy.
