Tom Friedrich

Tom Friedrich is a seasoned consultant specializing in HR functional excellence, currently serving at Spencer Stuart since April 2024. With extensive experience in strategy and organizational consulting, Tom collaborates with Chief Human Resources Officers to enhance their impact. Previously, Tom was a partner and practice leader at Kincentric, where leadership was provided to the US Advisory business, focusing on culture, change, DEI, and HR effectiveness. Prior to that, Tom held roles at Aon, leading the HR Effectiveness consulting practice in the Central Region, and was instrumental in transforming the region’s performance. Additional experience includes significant roles at Hewitt Associates, GE Infrastructure, and Visteon, coupled with advanced education from Cornell University (Master's in Industrial and Labor Relations) and Michigan State University (B.S. in Psychology).
