Luke Mahoney

Luke Mahoney is a Leadership Specialist at Russell Reynolds Associates since May 2021, and a Doctoral Student at Portland State University since 2017, where Luke also serves as an instructor and teaching assistant in various research methods courses. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant - Lead Analyst at the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences from June 2016 to April 2022, and as a Research Analyst at SAP SuccessFactors from July 2019 to July 2020, where Luke led research on organizational challenges in technology adaptation. Earlier, Luke Mahoney served as Operations Project Manager in Human Resources with the United States Marine Corps from November 2012 to November 2013 and worked in Human Resources from December 2006 to December 2010. Luke Mahoney holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from Portland State University, earned in 2020.
