Tim Pyka

Tim Pyka has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Tim is currently working as a Sr Operations Manager at Spencer Technologies, starting from July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Kohl's for a significant period of time, starting from January 2009 and ending in July 2023. During their tenure at Kohl's, they held multiple positions, including IT Business Operations Manager, Team Leader - IT Service Delivery | Desktop, Quality Assurance Assistant Manager, Real Time Assistance Coordinator, Multi-Channel Sales & Service Resource Desk Coordinator, Multi-Channel Sales & Service Coordinator, and Collections Coordinator. Before joining Kohl's, Tim worked at U.S. Cellular as a Customer Service Help Desk Coach from October 2007 to December 2008.

Tim Pyka earned an Associates Degree in Marketing Management from Milwaukee Area Technical College, which they attended from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Germantown High School from 1994 to 1998. In 2016, Tim also completed a course in Six Sigma and Lean Leadership.
