Bob Bovenizer

Bob Bovenizer is an accomplished technical consultant with extensive experience in project management and technical leadership within the HCM sector. Currently serving as a Lead Technical Consultant for Spencer Thomas Group, Bob leads functional and testing efforts for Danaher’s Enterprise Version 6 Implementation. Previously, during a 21-year tenure at ADP, Bob held various roles including Technical Project Manager, Solution Center Manager, Team Leader, and Solution Center Consultant, where Bob demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale HCM projects, ensuring timely delivery of payroll solutions, and improving operational efficiency. Bob holds a Master of Information Technology from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University.
