Bharat Pindoria is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Spencer West LLP since March 2023. Previously, Bharat founded and owned PINDORIA SOLICITORS LIMITED from April 2004 to October 2022. Prior legal roles include serving as Legal Counsel at Melli Bank Plc from 2004 to 2010 and as a Corporate Banking Solicitor at Denton Wilde Sapte between January 1999 and May 2002. Bharat's career began as a Capital Markets Lawyer at Freshfields from August 1996 to August 1998, within the Structured Finance Team of the Banking Department. Bharat holds an LLM in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, obtained between 1993 and 1995, and received earlier education at Eaglesfield from 1981 to 1987.
