Stuart J Evans

Stuart J Evans is a partner with extensive experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Presently, Evans serves as a Partner at Spencer West LLP since February 2023. Prior to this role, Evans was a Partner at Clyde & Co from January 2019 to January 2023 and held a similar position at DMH Stallard LLP from September 2017 to January 2019. Evans began at Rawlison Butler LLP in August 2000, serving as Partner and Head of Litigation until August 2017. Earlier legal experience includes a position as a Solicitor at Hogan Lovells, where the focus was on contentious insolvency, commercial fraud, and international asset tracing. Evans completed an LLM at the University of Cambridge and holds a BA (Hons) in Law from Kingston University.
