Currently serving as a Sales Professional at Spencer's TV & Appliance since March 2020, Tyler has also held positions as an Event Manager at both Tiger Capital Group, LLC and International Retail Group since 2017 and 2016 respectively. Previously, Tyler was General Manager at The Dump and Store Manager at The Roomstore, where responsibilities included negotiating contracts with Fortune 500 companies and analyzing customer preferences. Earlier career experience includes Project Manager at Paramount Iron Inc. and military service as a Military Police in the Army National Guard. Tyler holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Scottsdale Culinary.

Spencer’s TV & Appliance was started in 1973 by Nicholas Spencer. Dick and Nancy Biederbeck purchased the $50,000 appliance business in 1975. Through their combined efforts and outstanding customer service philosophy, they built Spencer’s TV & Appliance into one of the largest single-store units of its kind in the United States and opened a second store in 2000. The count is now up to 11 locations with the latest store opening in the fall of 2014! The company is well respected within the industry and has a large patronage due to its quality products, excellent customer service and reputable business ethics. It is in this spirit that Spencer’s TV & Appliance continues to grow and provide opportunity for qualified employees.
