Jess Gertler

Jessica Gertler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client success, project management, and creative instruction. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Spend Matters since September 2019, Jessica previously held roles such as Customer Success Manager at 2ndKitchen, where notable achievements included building a CRM database and cultivating relationships with over 100 business partners. Additional experience includes roles at Techstars, SRS Acquiom, Trader Joe's, and Gap Inc./Old Navy, demonstrating strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Jessica is also a Dance Instructor at DivaDance®, focusing on choreographing and teaching dance, valuing a nurturing and energetic environment.
