Juliana Wang has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as the Controller at Care2 since September 2017, where significant achievements include a clean audit after reconciling all balance sheet accounts and implementing an accelerated closing plan. Previously, as Senior Accounting Manager at Verity Business Services, Juliana unified multiple accounting departments and managed a team responsible for financial preparation across numerous entities. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Accountant at Atom Entertainment, Inc., where project leadership in Oracle reporting and financial close procedures were key responsibilities, and as Senior International Accountant at Nuance Communication Inc., coordinating international financial reporting. Early professional experience included accounts payable work at RWB Advisory Services Inc. Juliana holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a finance major and economics minor from Santa Clara University and has further certifications in accounting and taxation from UC Berkeley and UC Santa Cruz Extension.
