Olivia also has experience working as an Animal Welfare Manager at Racing & Wagering WA (RWWA), where they promoted the welfare and rehoming of racing industry animals. Olivia effectively delivered promotional and marketing campaigns, managed internal and external communication, and implemented strategic management initiatives. Prior to this, they served as a Team Leader at RWWA.

Additionally, Olivia has worked as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Playgroup WA, where they focused on member communication, brand awareness, marketing campaigns, data analysis, and the development of promotional materials.

Olivia's earlier work experience includes roles as a Communications Officer at the Telethon Kids Institute, Executive Assistant at The Weekly Review, and Radio Journalist at TBS EFM.
