Melanie Gruer

Melanie Gruer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications. Melanie currently holds the position of Chief Communications Officer at The Ottawa Hospital. Prior to this role, Melanie served as the Executive Director of Communications at uOttawa. Throughout their career, Melanie has also held communication roles at CATSA, Export Development Canada, University of Toronto, GreenField Ethanol, Prime Minister's Office, Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada, and Minister of Finance. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Concordia University.
