Rachael Burling

Rachael Burling has extensive experience in sales, finance, and recruitment. Rachael is currently the Sales and Distribution Manager at Spenda, where they utilize technology to simplify cash flow management for businesses. Prior to this, they were the Head of Sales and Relationships for NSW at Apricity Finance, where they provided short-term cash flow solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises. Before that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at tim - The Invoice Market and Cashflow Finance Australia Pty Ltd. Additionally, they have experience in talent sourcing within the property and facilities industry from their roles at Now Careers and Beaumont Consulting. Rachael started their career as a Property Recruitment Consultant at Macdonald and Company.

Rachael Burling obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Diss High School, where they studied from 1990 to 2000. Later, from 1999 to 2002, they pursued an Hons Degree in Communication at Brunel University London.
