Daria Kovalchuk

Daria Kovalchuk is an HR professional and startup enthusiast currently serving as the Head of HR at Spendbase, where they lead HR activities for a growing fintech team. Previously, Daria held various roles in communications and journalism, including positions as Communications Manager at Eleos-Ukraine and The Prime View, Fact Checker at BezBrekhni, and Journalist at STB TV Channel. Daria earned a Master's degree in Journalism from Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts and has experience in building HR and recruiting departments from scratch, collaborating with executive teams, and presenting at industry events.
