Jakub Sechter

Jakub Sechter has extensive experience in business development and strategy. In 2022, they joined the Czech Association for Effective Altruism as a Group Organizer and Board Member. From 2016 to present, they have been the Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer of Spendee, a fintech app that helps users understand their money on a deeper level. Prior to that, they were the VP of Business Development at Angee, a smart hardware company, where they were part of the core team that successfully launched Angee on Kickstarter and raised more than $0.5M. In 2014, they were a Business Development Manager at Cleevio, and from 2012 to 2014 they were a Facility Management at Accenture.

Jakub Sechter attended Prague University of Economics and Business from 2011 to 2014, where they studied International Business.
