Mary Kramer

Mary Kramer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital solutions and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner and Global Head of Human Capital Solutions at SpenglerFox since 2007, Mary leads initiatives in Leadership Assessment and Development, Career Transition Services, and Competitive Benchmarking. Prior to this, Mary held the position of Regional Director for South East Europe at SpenglerFox. Previous experience includes a role as Director at KPMG and Marketing Manager at Mars. Additionally, Mary began their career as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UCLA and an MBA from the University of La Verne.
