Bård Bjerkås

Bård Bjerkås is the Chief Legal Officer at SPENN. Prior to their current position, they were a management consultant at Janus Invest AS, where they advised new businesses on formation of corporations and business structures, and structuring commercial transactions. Bård was also the Co Founder/CLO at Smiley Communication AS, where they were responsible for legal and operations. Additionally, they were the Grunnlegger at Trust Eiendom AS, where they oversaw property development. Before that, they were a advisor at Storebrand, where they advised on financial and insurance products.

Bård Bjerkås attended the University of Oslo, where they studied law. After graduation, they worked as a lawyer in private practice.

They are on a team with Erik Seiving - COO, Staffan Herbst - CFO, and Fredrik Möllersten - CMO. Bård Bjerkås reports to Jens Glaso, CEO.
