Senior Manager Customer Support And Training at SPENN

Gracia Mwafrica has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gracia began their career in 2012 as a Customer Consultant Agent at MTN Rwanda, where they worked until 2016. From there, they joined iSON BPO as an IT Support Technician, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined SPENN Rwanda as a QA Engineer and stayed until 2019. Gracia then served as an IT Officer at UNICAF from 2019 to 2021. After that, they worked at Ericsson as an MS Automated Operations Engineer from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they became the Country Technical Manager (DRC) at WS Insight, a role they held until 2023. Currently, Gracia is the Customer Experience Manager at SPENN Technology, starting in February 2023.

Gracia Mwafrica completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Systems Engineering from the College of Science and Technology/University of Rwanda, from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications, including "A Beginner's Guide to Linux Kernel Development (LFD103)" from The Linux Foundation in April 2021, "Sexual and Gender-Based Violence" from IPSTC in November 2017, "Satellite Communication" from Intelsat in July 2014, and "CCNA Certificates" from Cisco in May 2016.
