Kathrine Lyngstad

Kathrine Lyngstad has a diverse work experience, spanning different roles and responsibilities in various companies. Kathrine is currently a Styremedlem at Betong Norge since May 2021 and at Byggevareindustriens Forening since May 2022. Previously, they held the position of Managing Director at Spenncon AS in April 2020. Kathrine was also Operations Director at Consolis from February to April 2020. Prior to that, Kathrine served as Production Director at Spæncom A/S from February 2019 to February 2020. Kathrine had an extensive tenure at Consolis from August 2015 to February 2019, holding the positions of Lean Manufacturing Director and Group HSE Director. Additionally, they worked at Spenncon AS in various roles such as Project Manager, Head of Operations, Plant Manager, Project Manager, Production Manager, and Assembly Manager from 2006 to 2015.

Kathrine Lyngstad completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Bedriftsadministrasjon og -ledelse at Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Game Change Lean Six Sigma Training and Consulting in April 2013, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Lean Communications AS in April 2012, and various certifications related to laborant, montasje- og kontrolleder, and produksjons- og kontrolleder from FORENINGEN BETONGOPPLÆRINGSRÅDET in February 2012.
