Alessandro Gagliano Candela

Alessandro Gagliano Candela is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in engineering and production. Currently serving as Operations Controller at Speno International SA, Alessandro is responsible for analyzing customer specifications, planning workload, and coordinating tasks during the deployment phase. Previously, Alessandro held various leadership roles at Alstom, including Project Development Planning Manager and Project Planning Manager, where responsibilities spanned from coordinating engineering teams to managing customer relationships and forecasting project activities.
