Louis-Philippe Broze has significant work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, they interned as a CT Cost Management Intern at Euroclear, where they analyzed and managed costs. That same year, they co-founded and served as the National Vice-president of UStart Entrepreneurship Club, where they developed and expanded the organization across 7 universities. Louis-Philippe also coordinated a team of 80 students and sought professional partnerships. Starting in 2015, Louis-Philippe worked at Wooclap as a Business Developer and Business Development Trainee, focusing on B2B development and web analytics. In 2017, they became a Co-Founder and CEO of Spentys, a company aiming to revolutionize the orthopedic immobilization devices industry through 3D technologies. Louis-Philippe later became a Kairos Fellow at Kairos from 2017 to 2021. In 2018, they co-founded SanoHub Brussels.

Louis-Philippe Broze began their education at Lycée de Berlaymont where they obtained their CESS in Economics from 2007 to 2012. Louis-Philippe then went on to study at Ichec Brussels Management School, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Mahidol University from 2015 to 2016. Later, they enrolled at Ichec Brussels Management School again for their Master's degree in Business Engineering with a specialization in Finance, which they completed from 2016 to 2019. During their Master's, they also attended the University of Groningen from 2017 to 2018 to pursue another Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
