Reginald Turner has extensive experience in production management within the aerospace and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Production Manager at SpeQtrum Aerospace since May 2014, Reginald oversees aerospace assemblies for notable aircraft including the 737MAX, 767, 787, and 777, and manages CNC machine capabilities while providing low-cost solutions for the aerospace supply chain. Prior to this role, Reginald worked at Lear Corporation from January 2002 to May 2014 as Production General Foreman, where responsibilities included manufacturing vehicle seats for General Motors and implementing core competencies in lean manufacturing, 5S practices, ergonomics, production time studies, and Six Sigma concepts.
