Muhammad Qasim Bhatti

Muhammad Qasim Bhatti is an experienced professional in project management and program governance, currently serving as the Program Governance Director for the Middle East Region at Speridian Technologies since May 2021. In this role, Muhammad oversees the implementation of IT projects, ensuring effective governance and strategic alignment. Previously, Muhammad held the position of Project Director for the Punjab Police at the Punjab Information Technology Board, managing a significant automation program for law enforcement. Muhammad also co-founded J&Q Technologies and served as Chief Technology Officer, leading technology strategy and software development. With prior roles at i2c Inc., Oriental Communications Pvt Ltd., and Ovex Technologies Pakistan, Muhammad has a diverse background in managing cross-functional teams and implementing international projects across various sectors. Muhammad holds a BSCS (Hons.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Punjab.
