Tanniya Das

Tanniya Das is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as the Lead - L&D at Speridian Technologies since March 2023. Prior to this role, Tanniya was an L&D professional at Vedantu from January 2022 to March 2023 and held the position of Training Manager at Able between April 2021 and December 2021. Tanniya's career also includes experience as a Senior Facilitator at iPRIMED Education Solutions from June 2018 to March 2021 and as a life skills trainer with Qatapultt Learning Solutions from May 2016 to December 2018. Earlier in the career, Tanniya interned in various capacities, including in the Community Mental Health Department at St. John's Hospital and as a medical social worker at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. Tanniya holds a Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Clinical/Medical Social Work from St. Joseph's College of Arts and Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Jyoti Nivas College, Bangalore, covering History, Sociology, and Economics.
