Currently serving as Codification Officer and Configuration Manager at Sperosens since July 2016, Taljaard previously held the position of Quality Manager at WorleyParsons RSA, overseeing compliance and quality functions for public infrastructure projects. Prior to that, Taljaard worked at BAE Systems in multiple roles, including Configuration Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities included project planning and quality assurance documentation.
