Joe Wegener

Joe Wegener is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in control systems and HMI development. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Control Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine B.V., Joe is involved in upgrades for the T45 program as a certified WinCC OA engineer. Previous roles include Senior Principal HMI Lead Engineer at Wood Group Mustang, focusing on HMI development for the FGP Project, and Senior Controls Designer at Fluor for the Sadara Project. Joe has also held significant positions with SNC-Lavalin, Invensys, Honeywell Process Solutions, Worley Parsons, BP, ABB, and Foxboro, showcasing a robust background in systems engineering, instrumentation, and application engineering. Joe holds a BSc in Software Engineering from The Open University.
