Ralf Magner

Ralf Magner has been with Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine since October 2005, holding various leadership roles including Business Unit Director for Product and Systems and Commercial & International Defence, where responsibilities included sales and gross margin management, strategic product roadmap alignment, and lifecycle management. Prior experience encompassed roles such as Product Line Manager for Navigation Products, where Ralf introduced lifecycle management and cost reduction programs, and Chief Engineer overseeing technology roadmaps and multi-project management for navigation products. Additional positions included Senior Design Engineer and Software Engineer at Skytech AG. Ralf holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and a System Engineer degree from UC Irvine.
