Edina Sultanik has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Edina has served as the Global Director of Brand Communications and Partnerships for Sperry, where they were responsible for driving strategy, execution, and optimization of global communications, PR, and social media. Edina also oversaw content for various channels including social media and blogs.

Prior to their role at Sperry, Edina was the Co-Founder and President of PR and Marketing at BPMW Agency. During their time there, they built and managed the agency's public relations showroom, marketing, and content divisions. Edina also developed and mentored a successful team of PR professionals, art directors, and social media managers.

Edina co-founded Capsule Show, a B to B experiential platform for emerging brands and independent retailers. As the President of Communications, they oversaw all communications and social media for the Capsule Shows.

Before co-founding Capsule Show, Edina served as the Editor-In-Chief of WeAreTheMarket, a popular fashion blog. Edina created, managed, and shared content about progressive sportswear, emerging designers, and directional retailers.

Edina also has experience working as the Fashion Director at Complex Magazine and YM Magazine. Additionally, they served as the Managing Editor and Fashion Director at SPORTSWEAR INTERNATIONAL, where they covered the global youth fashion market and helped young designers build their businesses.

Earlier in their career, Edina worked as a Trend Spotter and Street Style photographer for WGSN, documenting stylish people and fashion trends in the early stages of the Internet.

Edina Sultanik has a Bachelor's degree in Latin Language and Literature from Barnard College, however, the start and end years for this degree are not provided. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Yale School of Management. Also in 2021, Edina participated in a course on Digital Marketing Strategy at Yale School of Management. In 2022, they earned the Section4 Certified Product Positioning certification from Section4.
