Richard Lilleoja

Chief Operator at Sperry Rail

Richard Lilleoja has a range of work experience in different industries. From 2017, they worked as a Chief Operator at Sperry Rail Inc., where they were responsible for operating and maintaining rail flaw detector vehicles. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Welding Assistant at Harpa Welding Fabricating, focusing on coordinating on-site trade work and resolving fabrication and installation challenges. In 2016, they gained experience as a Millwright Apprentice at Ontario Power Generation, where they performed preventive maintenance activities and repaired equipment. In 2015, they worked as a Landscaper at J.D. Mizzi and Associates.

Richard Lilleoja pursued their education at Durham College. From 2014 to 2017, they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering. Later, in 2019 to 2020, Richard attended Durham College again, this time focusing on Non-Destructive Testing.
