James Spertus

James Spertus is the Managing Partner at Spertus, Landes & Josephs, LLP, a position held since January 2006. Prior to this role, Spertus served as the Director of United States Anti-Piracy Operations at the Motion Picture Association of America from March 2004 to March 2005. Experience also includes working as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office for the Central District of California from 1996 to 2004 and as an Attorney at Irell & Manella from 1991 to 1996.
