Matthew Snyder

Matthew Snyder, MBA, currently serves as the Operations Manager at Antylia Scientific, where responsibilities include developing strategic supplier partnerships to address COVID-related supply chain challenges and implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Director of Operations at SPEX CertiPrep, focusing on optimizing processes through LEAN and 5S methodologies, as well as managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance performance.
