Cress has a robust background in quality assurance, having held the position of Head of Quality at Cole-Parmer from March 2011 to February 2021 and worked as Quality Assurance Supervisor at Zefon International, Inc. for a brief period in March 2011. Prior to these roles, Cress spent nearly two decades at Tyco, fulfilling various quality and safety-related roles. Cress holds an Associate's degree from North Central State College.
