Ruchi S. has a strong background in finance and has held various roles in different organizations. Ruchi most recently worked as the Director of Finance Commercial FP&A at Antylia Scientific, starting in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Analytics from September 2016 to July 2021, where they successfully aligned sales compensation structures, integrated sales organizations, and developed reporting for the commercial organization.
