Bradley Hardiman is an accomplished professional in the fields of venture capital and business development, currently engaged with Stealth since October 2024 while also serving as a Visiting Business Fellow at InnovationRCA since February 2012, where coaching students and graduates in commercializing innovative ideas is a key focus. As an Investor with Spex Capital since April 2021, Bradley evaluates investment opportunities and has held multiple senior roles at Astellas Pharma Europe, including Senior Director for Ventures and Business Development. Previous experiences include partnerships and directorial positions at Adrenaline Capital Partners, Healthera, Future Care Capital, Cambridge Enterprise, Carrick Therapeutics, and Quethera. Bradley holds an MBA from Bayes Business School, an MSc in Molecular Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge, and a BSc in Medical Biochemistry from Brunel University of London.
