Nadine Walther has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nadine is currently the Co-Founder & Managing Director of SpexAI GmbH, a company that specializes in AI-powered multispectral imaging devices for plant growth optimization. Prior to this, they founded Struktine, a company focused on matchmaking, consulting, and orientation. Nadine also co-founded and served as the Managing Director of platform3l GmbH, an EdTech startup focused on digital transformation. In addition, Nadine has worked as a Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Development at EO Deutschland, handling business development, brand strategy, and executive search. Nadine has also held roles as a People and Culture Manager at Top Employers Institute, a Senior Consultant at Michael Page, and a Digital Marketing & Innovation Manager at Coty Inc. Nadine started their career as a Management Assistant at firesys GmbH and began their professional journey as a Dual Student at Management Circle AG.

Nadine Walther completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in 2004. Nadine then pursued their Master's degree in Communications, Politics, and Psychology from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, which they completed in 2010.
