Rick Poole

Rick Poole has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rick currently serves as the Vice President of Business Practices at SPG International, LLC, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they worked at TaylorCraft Cabinet Door Company in a manufacturing role.

One of their notable positions was as the Director of Manufacturing at HMR Building Systems (RSI Holding Corp) from 2012 to 2022. In this role, they established a factory and oversaw manufacturing, logistics, materials management, and maintenance functions across facilities in Texas and California. Rick also implemented improvements to field installation processes, resulting in cost savings and reduced cycle times.

Before that, Rick was the Plant Manager at RSI Home Products (RSI Holding Corp.) from 2011 to 2012, where they managed the relocation of manufacturing operations and successfully designed and set up a new production system. During this time, they achieved a significant increase in plant efficiency and eliminated past-due backlog within weeks of the plant's start-up.

From 2007 to 2011, Rick held the position of Plant Manager at RSI Home Products (RSI Holding Corp), where they managed the P&L performance of a make-to-order cabinet facility. Rick was responsible for various aspects such as safety, quality, production, material control, maintenance, shipping, and cost control.

Rick Poole has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Missouri Southern State University. Rick also holds a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt from the Management Development Institute at Missouri State University.
