Steve Kessell

Steve Kessell has a diverse work experience in various engineering and product development roles. Steve started their career at Pratt & Whitney as a Project Engineer, where they coordinated and participated in R&D activities for the F-100 engine. During their time there, they were involved in project management, vendor coordination, and was a co-inventor on several patents.

After that, they joined Cooper B-Line as a Product Development Manager, where they established and managed a cross-functional product development department to support organic growth for eight product lines. Steve also created B-Line's voice of the customer program.

Steve then moved on to Leggett & Platt, where they became the VP of Product Engineering & Development for the storage products groups. Steve played a leading role in the engineering and product development functions and was a member of the company's Engineering Innovation Council. Steve also contributed to the development of several patented products.

Currently, Steve is working at SPG International, LLC as the Director of Sales Engineering. Steve is responsible for project management, employee development, technical leadership, product development, sourcing and vendor coordination, product management, sales and customer support, and intellectual property management.

Steve Kessell earned their Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1996. Steve then went on to pursue a Master's degree in the same field from the same university, completing it in 1999. Additionally, Steve earned another Master's degree in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, although the specific dates are unknown.
