Steve Kessell

Steve Kessell has a diverse work experience in various engineering and product development roles. Steve started their career at Pratt & Whitney as a Project Engineer, where they coordinated and participated in R&D activities for the F-100 engine. During their time there, they were involved in project management, vendor coordination, and was a co-inventor on several patents.

After that, they joined Cooper B-Line as a Product Development Manager, where they established and managed a cross-functional product development department to support organic growth for eight product lines. Steve also created B-Line's voice of the customer program.
