Iswarya Gopalan, holding certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), has extensive experience in data operations and software development. Currently serving as Manager of Data Ops at Press Ganey since September 2023, Iswarya previously worked at SPH Analytics from November 2015, initially as a Database Engineer and later advancing to Team Lead of Data Ops Sampling. Earlier roles include Software Engineer positions at Sienna Corporation from July 2010 to November 2015 and Zylog Systems from July 2007 to October 2008, where Iswarya focused on building web applications using ASP.NET MVC.
