Constantin Herrmann

Constantin Herrmann is an experienced sustainability consultant with a focus on manufacturing and electronics. As the Director of Sustainability Consulting at Sphera since January 2020, Constantin advises clients on product and corporate sustainability, emphasizing environmental improvement and strategic business development. Prior roles included serving as Principal Consultant at thinkstep and PE INTERNATIONAL GmbH, where Constantin specialized in life cycle assessment, carbon footprint analysis, and ecodesign across various sectors, including metals and automotive. In addition to consultancy work, Constantin contributes to academia as a guest lecturer on life cycle assessment at the University of Rottenburg and previously at Reutlingen University. Constantin holds a Dr.-Ing. in Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and a Dipl.-Ing. in manufacturing and mechanical engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
