Liam Hastie

Liam Hastie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation consulting, simulation engineering, and lean optimization. Currently serving as a Sr. Implementation Consultant at Sphera since April 2022, Liam previously held roles at Simul8 from October 2011 to March 2022 as Principal Simulation Engineer and Senior Business Consultant. Prior experience includes a KTP Associate position focused on lean optimization and continuous improvement at the University of Strathclyde and Aquapac Ltd, as well as roles as a CAD Engineer at McGavigan Limited and a Production Engineer at Logitech Limited. Liam began career as a Design Engineer at McPhee Mixers and a Research Assistant at the University of Strathclyde. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Product Design Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and microcredentials in Python Programming and generative artificial intelligence from The Open University.
