Amera El-Nagdy

Amera EL-Nagdy has extensive experience in human capital management and administration, serving as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant at Sphere Consulting (SCIS) from February 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included managing the full implementation lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects and aligning business requirements with system functionalities. Prior to this role, Amera worked as an HR and Admin Specialist, sourcing candidates through various recruitment methods and managing the interview process. From October 2016 to October 2020, Amera held the position of Office Manager and Admin at Retaj International School, focusing on attendance management and utilizing Microsoft Office skills.
