Michael Dubois

Michael Dubois has extensive experience in maintenance and operations management, currently holding the position of Directeur d’exploitation at JET'SAC since January 2017, overseeing production, technical services, and purchasing. Previous roles include Responsable Technique focused on maintenance and new projects at JET'SAC, as well as various maintenance management positions at MECAPLAST Group and Plastic Omnium. Notably, at Visteon Corporation, Michael led a maintenance team of up to 20 personnel, managed a budget of €1 million, and implemented corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies. Michael's career began at INERGY, progressing from technician to maintenance manager, where responsibilities included team management and continuous improvement initiatives. Michael holds a BTS in maintenance from Lycée A Behal, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
