Kian Leathers

Kian Leathers has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they are currently working as the Supply Chain Manager for Sphere Fluidics Limited. From 2019 to 2021, they were Co-Founder of Team Asthers. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as Senior Buyer for Thorlabs, where they were responsible for negotiating prices with new and existing suppliers and researching and identifying new and efficient suppliers. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as Buyer for Heraeus Noblelight, where they were responsible for creating and maintaining material masters for purchased materials. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as Procurement Advisor for Servest UK, where they were responsible for providing outstanding customer services to all internal customers accessing the Procurement Team service. From 2011 to 2016, they served as Electronic Warfare Specialist in the Royal Navy, where they took part in operation COUGAR in 2012 and 2013, anti-drug smuggling and anti-piracy operations, training exercises at sea, and was part of the ships boarding team in the case of drug seizures or illegal activity.

Kian Leathers attended West Suffolk College from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they obtained a BTEC Award (Level 3) in Fibre Optics in Internal and External Environments from CNet Training.
