Kate Dryden

Kate Dryden is a Partner at Sphere Infrastructure Partners, which Kate co-founded in August 2018, focusing on environmental investments and infrastructure projects. Dryden serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Sydney Water, Australia’s largest water utility, until November 2024. Additionally, Dryden participates in the WOBSX Program aimed at advancing women into ASX Board roles. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Veolia Australia and New Zealand where Dryden held positions as Executive General Manager Growth, Executive General Counsel, and General and Corporate Counsel. Other career highlights include serving as General Counsel at C-Quest Capital LLC and as an Associate at Baker & McKenzie. Dryden holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Asian Studies from The Australian National University.
