Shivacharan Thota Dass

Shivacharan Thota Dass has been working in the operations field since 2006. Shivacharan began their career as Head of Operations at PRACTICE CONSULTING INCORPORATED., where their role included improving operational systems, processes and policies, managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of support services, and playing a significant role in long-term planning. In 2009, they moved to Melity as Head Of Operations (India). In 2014, they began their current role as Head Operations at Sphere Management Inc.

Shivacharan Thota Dass obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Technology from Nagpur University between 1989 and 1993.
