Laura Perlmutter

Laura Perlmutter is an experienced producer with a diverse background in film and media. Currently serving as a Producer at Sphere Media since July 2019, Laura previously co-founded First Love Films Inc., where the role of Executive Producer was held from 2012 until July 2019. Additional experience includes producing at the Canadian Film Centre from July 2011 to May 2012 and working as a Production Manager at Markham Street Films from June 2008 to June 2011. Laura's early career also featured the position of Production Coordinator at Sondhi Productions in 2011. Academic credentials include a Producer's Lab in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the Canadian Film Centre completed in 2012 and a BA in Theatre, Liberal Arts, and Public Relations from Concordia University earned in 2002.
