Arnaud Houdin

Arnaud Houdin has extensive experience in technical support and engineering project management, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer and Customer Support Correspondent at SPHEREA since January 2017. Responsibilities include analyzing technical issues, assessing client problems for urgency, managing standard exchanges, and proactively addressing potential product developments. Prior to SPHEREA, Arnaud held positions at ALYOTECH as an Ingenieur Etudes et Réalisation and completed internships at Infautelec process, Rexam reboul, and Les compagnons du Solaire. Arnaud's educational background includes a Master's degree from Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour and various technical qualifications from Université Savoie Mont Blanc and Lycée Louis Lachenal.
